Hi, I’m Haley, a Licensed Professional Counselor I am  passionate about helping people through life’s unexpected detours, hard goodbyes, and “now what?” moments. With over  3 years of clinical experience, I specialize in working with young adults and adults navigating life transitions, grief and loss, anxiety, career changes, and that all-too-familiar feeling of being stuck.

My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), where we explore how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected — and how small shifts can lead to meaningful change. But therapy with me isn’t just about strategies and worksheets (though those have their time and place). I also bring in a person-centered perspective, offering a space of genuine empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard — because I believe healing happens in a space where you feel truly seen and heard.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, in transition, or simply needing a space to process life at your own pace, I’m here to walk alongside you. Whether you're in the thick of change or just beginning to sense that something needs to shift, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to do it all by yourself.

When I’m not in the therapy room, you can find me cooking meals from my pinterest board or chasing my dog around the park.

Let’s connect — I’d love to be part of your journey.

Howdy! My name is Diana and I am a Licensed Associate Social Worker (LMSW). I obtained my MSW from Arizona State University and my undergrad in Family Studies and Human Development at the University of Arizona. I am a house divided, Wildcat for life is where my roots are. I am navigating life with my four kiddos and learning along the way.

It takes courage to reach out and be vulnerable with someone you just met. With that understanding I aim to provide a safe and nonjudgmental environment to help others get through the messy middle we call life. I have been in the social work field for fifteen years and enjoy working with adolescents and adults. My goal in working with clients is to assist in the therapeutic process and allow individuals to gain insight that allows for deep change to occur.

I specialize working with individuals who have experienced betrayal, addiction, trauma (EMDR trained), and day to day stressors of life. Integrating a holistic approach and addressing the mind, body, and spirit allows for deeper change and growth to happen.

Hey there! My name is Calli… I am a Licensed Associate Social Worker (LMSW)

Life can feel like a never-ending race to reach our next goal or milestone as we struggle to find

stillness and peace within the moment. We have to be MORE productive, give MORE to our

partners, we have to BE funnier and LOOK prettier in order to feel worthy. Wouldn’t it be nice to

just take a moment to breathe… and feel the happiness and satisfaction that we are doing

enough? That’s my focus in your therapy. I want to help you find love and acceptance of your

authentic, real self! Let’s embrace our humanity without shame and without judgment. My

ultimate goal is to help you heal and grow by recognizing your unique strengths and

accomplishments and by teaching that there are no bad parts of you!

I have years of experience providing clinical, therapeutic services to those who feel stuck in

cycles of shame, relationship conflict, sexual difficulties, and the lasting effects of trauma. My

current focus is providing individual therapy, couples counseling, and kink-friendly sex

therapy, to adults and couples. I am also open to seeing adolescents as well.

My specialty includes helping those who struggle with their sexuality (intimacy difficulties,

sexual trauma, sexual shame, sex/pornography addiction, sexual maladaptive behavior),

childhood trauma, difficulty navigating relationships (including non-monogamy),

addiction, depression, anxiety, and stress related to life changes.

In my practice, I integrate elements of evidence-based therapies such as MBCT, ACT, MI, and IFS to help teach how we can cultivate a sense of acceptance using mindful, nonjudgmental awareness of not only what’sgoing on inside our mind, but also in our physical body. By doing this, I hope to help you develop kindness and love within yourself and towards others in your life.

Whether you’re healing from trauma, exploring your sexuality, looking to make deeper

connections in life, or finding a sense of self-acceptance, I will be here to sit with you, listen, and

help navigate life's challenges alongside you.

Please feel free to reach out to connect with me and see if you could benefit from this approach

Hi there, and welcome! My name is Tracy. As a counselor, I am passionate about walking alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges. I completed my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University and specialize in supporting individuals working through grief, trauma, depression, stress, anxiety, and self-confidence struggles.

My approach to therapy is all about creating a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. I believe you are the expert of your own story, and together we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you.

My own experiences with grief give me a deep understanding of how hard it can be to heal, and I'm passionate about helping others find their strength during tough times. I also have a heart for first responders and their families. Being part of a first responder family myself, I understand the unique pressures and resilience that come with that life. I love working with teens and adolescents too, and I’m always inspired by the fresh perspectives they bring to the counseling process.

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to support and guide you as you move toward healing, growth, and embark on new paths in life.

Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona. I treat clients with OCD and trauma.

TRAUMA: Do you feel stuck, maybe unable to move forward or make decisions? Does it seem like your reactions are unpredictable or that your emotions are overwhelming or numb? When you have experienced trauma, either in your past or present, it can affect your body and mind. Healing from trauma comes from within. You have the compacity to heal, you just need some tools and understanding. I am EMDR trained, use Internal Family System, and NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model) help my clients through their trauma.

OCD: Do you have unwanted intrusive repetitive thoughts? Do you do things to try to get rid of the thought or to satisfy the thought? Do you spend too much time ruminating about these thoughts? Do you wish you could stop all the mental reviewing, checking or reassurance seeking? People with OCD know that what they are doing doesn’t make sense, yet they don’t feel like they have a choice. There is proven help to alleviate the pain of OCD. I use many therapies for OCD. I am trained in ERP (Exposure and response prevention therapy), Rumination focused therapy (RF), and Inference based cognitive therapy (I-CBT) and can teach you the tools you need to live a values-based life that does not let your OCD take over.

I take a caring, nonjudgmental, but curious, approach when helping clients. My love of life helps me lead clients to find their strengths and sometimes laugh along the way. I believe the best therapy is collaborative, where clients learn how life experiences have affected them and their learned responses. Understanding this will help them make changes necessary to improve their lives.  I work with clients ages 12 and up and offer some evening appointments.  In my personal time, I enjoy anything outdoors and spending time with my family and dog. Life is an adventure and I love to explore all the variety life has to offer.

My goals are to create a safe, supportive, and trusting therapeutic relationship with my clients to help assist them in their healing journey. We all have life stories that impact us and make us who we are. I strive to ensure that my clients feel comfortable disclosing their story. Together we will work to identify past and present issues, traumas, core beliefs, negative/irrational thoughts, needs, strengths, and determine specific tailored treatment goals. My passion is to be a continual source of support, advocate, and guidance through the healing process.

I am EMDR trained and utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-based therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT). I work with teenagers 13+ to young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, body-image, self-esteem, grief, adjustment issues, and other mental health issues.

Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about your next steps? As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I help adults gain clarity, confidence, and direction during times of stress, transition, or self-doubt. I use evidence-based methods like CBT, EMDR, and DBT—blended with reflective tools such as guided writing and visual exercises—to support deeper insight, emotional regulation, and meaningful progress. Therapy offers a structured, creative space to reset, reconnect, and move forward with purpose and self-trust.

I also integrate ACT and Solution-Focused Therapy to support clients navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, or major life transitions. My approach is structured yet flexible—focused on self-understanding, emotional resilience, and actionable change. When words fall short, creative tools can help unlock new perspectives and support more lasting insight.

If you're facing a major decision, feeling motionally off-track, or simply wanting to feel more grounded, therapy can help you slow down, refocus, and realign with what matters most. Together, we’ll create space for clarity, reflection, and practical growth—so you can feel more capable, connected, and in control of your path forward.
